Advantages:

Квартира понравилась, чисто и уютно, вечером из окна видны огни города. На любителя разве что мягкий матрас. Ещё не сразу понятно, что дом находится ниже дороги и с улицы Байкальской туда не подъехать, машины заезжают через дворы.

Advantages:

Бесконтактное заселение Большая ванная комната Порядок Мини-бар первый раз увидели на съёмных апартаментах Дизайн квартиры

Disadvantages:

Небольшие недостатки: Запросили сначала полную оплату квартиры, но после разъяснения, что правилами Суточно-ру деньги переводятся после заселения. Возможно здесь была не осведомленность просто.
