На улице был мороз и в квартире радиатор был на 3 ке, но нам было прохладно ;( от центра пешком далеко

Всё просто супер! Чисто, хороший ремонт, всё исправно работает. Заселили по нашей просьбе раньше. Нет шума, насекомых и не беспокоит 1 этаж. Советую всем!!! Игорь спасибо, что заселили пораньше, уставшим с дороги людям 2 часа-много значат. Будем в Иркутске(а мы будем)) теперь к вам.
