Дальневосточная. Рядом находится клиника здоровья семьи и репродукции человека, недалеко верхняя набережная, новый мост, трц Яркомолл, модный квартал, недалеко от центра города. Есть вся необходимая мебель, 4 спальных места, техника: телевизор, холодильник, стиральная машина автомат, микроволновая печь. Есть посуда, постельные принадлежности.
