Advantages:

В целом все соответствует описанию. Очень тепло, что несомненно плюс. Однако есть пара не понятных моментов. 1. В ванной нет зеркала, что не привычно и не очень удобно. 2. Пара дыр в стенах от розеток, в одной провода, для взрослых не критично, но с детьми могут быть разные варианты. Как написал ранее в целом все норм, вполне готов останавливаться снова.
