• Санузел (ванна + душевая).

• Две спальни:
1. 1 двуспальная + 2 односпальных кровати
2. 1 двуспальная + детский диван

2 этаж:
• Спальная зона: 4 двуспальные кровати.
• Дополнительный санузел с туалетом.

Уличная зона:
• Беседка с мангалом.
• Летний водопровод и парковка на несколько машин.

Правила:
• Заезд с 14:00, выезд до 12:00.
• С 22:00 — режим тишины на улице.
• Кальяны и фейерверки — категорически запрещены.
• Посуда должна быть вымыта, мусор упакован в мешки.
• Веники для сауны не используются.
• Использование собственной громкой акустики (колонок, сабвуферов) — запрещено.
