Две отдельные широкие кровати по 90см.

Есть отдельный кабинет с проводным интернетом и большим рабочим столом у окна с прекрасны видом. Там же вместительный шкаф для одежды и хранения, с гладильной доской и утюгом.

В ванной комнате расположены: душевая кабина, раковина, стиральная машина, водонагреватель, корзина, унитаз, полотенца и фен, необходимые принадлежности.

В закрытом дворе уютная площадка, парковка под домом и во дворе. Рядом "Слата", кондитерская, развлекательный центр "Ладога" с бассейном, боулингом и многим другим. Ипподром с лошадьми виден из окна в 10 минутах пешком. Остановка "Типография" перед домом.
