Advantages:

Удобное месторасположение. Залог возвращают в полном объеме, при соблюдении правил проживания, а именно не курить в квартире и не распивать алкогольные напитки. В квартире есть чайник, утюг, необходимая посуда, что является неоспоримым плюсом, когда приезжаешь в другой город по рабочим моментам.

Disadvantages:

Единственный недостаток на момент моего проживания не было интернета, как мне сообщили не успели его провести, это было не особо критично, однако не плохо было бы если бы хозяин заранее сообщил о его отсутствии на планируемую дату проживания. В связи с этим снимаю одну звезду в пункте обслуживание.
