Цена, наличие парковки, расположение, стиральная машина и возможность включить батареи.

Disadvantages:

Грязная посуда (вилки, ложки, ножи), паутины на потолке. Полотенца всего 2 шт, хотя было 4 гостя, про полотенца спросила в воц аппе, проигнорировали.
