Advantages:

Новая мебель, чисто, уютно. Есть все, что может потребоваться для семьи(мы были с 2 детьми) и для работы (стабильный интернет, за кухонным столом можно уединиться с ноутбуком).

Disadvantages:

За 3 дня не нашли; ) Но кто не привык высоко подниматься- учитывайте этаж.
