Мне никто не оставлял в наследство этот дом. 1930 года рождения. Сложенный заново на берегах Байкала, он избежал печальной участи покоиться на дне рукотворного моря. Огромного водохранилища.
Я купил его неожиданно даже для себя. Всегда мечтал иметь свой уголок на берегу Байкала. (Теперь и вы можете оценить радость пребывания тут.)
Купить оказалось гораздо проще, чем восстановить.
Мне пришлось многое поменять: заменить ненадежные венцы, постелить новый пол, подвести воду и канализацию. Защитить специальным покрытием стены.
Мы старались оставить по возможности нетронутыми дверь, бревна. Чтобы вновь поселился тут дух того времени. И вы ощутили неразрывную связь с прошлым.
Насколько нам это удалось — судить вам.
Пожалуйста, отнеситесь с пониманием: не курите, не используйте свечи!
Наслаждайтесь свежим байкальским воздухом, пейте чай, играйте в настольные игры! И почаще смотрите в окно. На Байкал, Ангару, горы…
