Advantages:

Просторная комната, недалеко от автостанции и музеев. Рядом приличный супермаркет. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Удобное бесконтактное заселение.

Disadvantages:

Электрическая плита плохо нагревается. Грязные чашки.
