Advantages:

Неплохо для командировок. Всё есть. Новый теплый дом. Недорого. Хозяева приветливы и отзывчивы. На кухне всё есть для готовки.

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие вайфая. Хотя вышка с мобильной связью рядом.. Отсутствие крепления для лейки душа..
